Crooks.. like you would expect. Once Karl left he took the only honesty and customer care they had with him. I made the mistake of returning for another car and was treated terribly as far as customer service as well as financially.

Great experience with Jose LaSalle yesterday! Took a long trip from Arlington, VA to Newark, DE to see an (almost) new Mazda3 Hatchback. Jose immediately welcomed us outside of the office and handled everything seamlessly. He was very informative during the test drive and had a few minor imperfections handled by the body shop (while we waited!). Most importantly, he was very professional and non-pressuring during price negotiations. Very pleased overall with my experience at Martin - would absolutely take the short trip again to buy from this dealer!
