Excellent service this morning. Parked my truck, walked over to the Starbucks but only drive through was open. They were happy to take my order by walk up. Also, tried to explain a new coffee I had, the just of this. The manager made me a V Cloud Cocoa hot and brought it to me on the patio. She was super sweet and my VCC rocked. No lobby drive-thru only. My Caravan with the luggage rack on the roof doesn't fit in the drive-thru..nnJust look at the ratings. Piss poor management. My guess they are not doing proper deep cleaning in lobby. So I will be worried going through the drive-thru...
Waited 25 minutes (made me late) in the drive through for a cold brew with cream and Splenda. All I got was coffee, no cream no Splenda
Good food. Good service.
When buying coffee, ask the staff to charge the member. Obviously, this operation is paid by members. Can't understand such a simple reason?
