great person working there, but only one person with 8 people in line. really Starbucks? this isn't how business is done. either change your name to coffeemart, or hire more nice people like this sweet overworked underpaid lady.
i love this starbucks! i understand the frustration with the other reviews about 1 person working with 8 people in line, but you have to realize that any business at any time can get busy and overwhelming. they're a small location so you wouldn't have 3-4 employees working from open-close. ANYWAYS.. i work a few stores down from Acme and on my break, i got a latte that ended up being wrong. i called to let them know because i wasn't able to leave to come and get a new one so they had someone bring me a new coffee!!! i couldn't believe it.. i've never known a business to go above and beyond like that. the employees at this location are so sweet!
