The owner TL is on top of things like I've never seen before. He is also a man of his word. If he says he will get a quote out to you when he gets in his office later in the day, you will have it before the day is over. Many times he gets back with you immediately. We have received two containers to build a house out of and decided to get two more for a larger foot print. The price is so much better and the containers are taller than most. nine and a half feet tall. Plenty of room for anything you need to put in the ceiling. Would recommend him to anybody and everybody that wants to build a container home or use for storage, office, whatever!

This company failed to delivery on their spoken and written word promises, many times over with a rotten attitude. Elsewhere is better by far. Over paying a disgruntled Veteran is not worth it. This person committed fraud with a mother(and her son) who professionally tends to Veterans. You can pay same amount of money with a full warranty to receive even better products elsewhere. The next 5 containers are being bought through other companies. Discussion with the “contractor(non-employee)” did not reach owner. Owner saw photos and video of rusting out shell. Never responded 20 days ago after leaking rust holes have become evident in all areas(Swiss cheese city), but responds to a public review in minutes. What a crock of poor stewardship. We were told he would help to refurbish if sold the rust bucket by driver. Took another few weeks from buying to be able to get out to land again, to even get on top container. Yup, holes in every corner. We are in another state, working towards a move with a leaky storage container. Literally, extra trips and money just to try and stop the leaks with the time we have before full transition to Arizona is several hundreds of dollars(plus labor), to fix what should not have been broken in first place. And Container Guy just wants to send me pix of his new baby. What happened to honoring your word? Customers are paying for that kid’s food. Hope he does better than you

If your looking for a container at a great price this is your guy. The price, delivery and the communication was all on point. The delivery guy put the container in the exact spot the first time. My last delivery guy just dropped it on my lot and left. Thanks again for a great transaction!!

Recently, we had the great fortune to have TL ( owner/operator/fabricator ) customize an ocean locker for us, which exceeded our expectations, in quality materiele and its application. The windows and arcadian-style entryway door that was installed, have proven to be quite formidable against moisture and dust, which is one of the most prevalent features that were of a concern for us, given the extreme weather conditions that we must contend with in our remote locale. The framework that TL and his crew fabricated and installed, for the placement of the windows and doors, were fashioned from square iron shafts, as opposed to less-freindly angle iron, which does not seal nearly as well, nor presents such an inflexible mounting for the gauge of the quality windows and doors he uses, to insure decades of leak-free service. As well, we found that any addition of awnings to the window/door framework we might wish to add at a later date, is perfect for mounting any style or weight of an awning we might wish to install ourselves. Furthermore, TL and his crew painted our custom ocean locker in the color we requested, and it turned out just right toward accomodating our needs and sense of ambiance, which blends well with our surroundings. Incidentally, the young man whom had delivered our locker to us, was able to place the unit, precisely where we wanted it to be, even though he had to navigate through some tight obstacles to achieve it... and for that, we were most grateful for his efforts, which he exacted flawlessly. California has almost destroyed our trust in people.. We were hesitant at first paying almost $4k up front and not seeing the box, but after meeting and talking to TL we were convinced that the business was legit and that we would be happy with our purchase. Ordered the box wednesday. Paid with a check on Thursday morning. Arrived Saturday morning. Shi was the driver. He put the box exactly where we wanted it. $1000 less than their competitors. For a cargo worthy box. Rot and rust free (a little surface rust but no blow through) TL and Shi have great communication skills. They also offer other services. We will call them again when we are ready to purchase another box.
