I will never be in a hurry to leave the drive through before counting my money. A Cashier short changed me $100.00. She did it just before closing time on a Saturday.I called the bank, and as expected I didn’t get the refund. Hope she put the money into good use. You will not get me ever again. I will try and make sure I will be your last victim. 185 S. Main St. Newark DE. PLEASE COUNT YOUR MONEY BEFORE LEAVING . Don’t be a victim.

Staff is great. Desiree, Stephanie, and Anne are the best tellers. They are all very helpful and very nice. They know me and have my account up before I even walk up to the counter. Excellent service!

Since our credit union merged with louviers my husband and I have had nothing but problems. When we actually need their help with fixing our account they don’t answer the phone or they provide false information. I don’t think they even turn the phones on most of the time since 9 times out 10 it’s ALWAYS busy! I’ll just keep my business over at PNC where they actually care about their customers.
