We bought a unit online auction. But when to go pick up it was all gone through nothing but junk in the totes ..very disappointed. I will not be buying anymore from them. . I don't like it when storage unit go through stuff you suppose to sell as is ..

Tiffany was great!!!! She showed me to my unit and all of the security features on the property. I didn't get my code correct the first five times, but she was patient until I did it right. I will refer any here to Basin Road..

U was is need of a storage facility. The young ladies at the desk was so happy to help me , very informative , and made my experience a easy one! I would recommend this facility to anyone who might need one.

The storage was clean with NO water inside, they were polite and 5 stars service, if or when I have to store anything any this is where I will go and... tell everyone to store there

Good place to store the things you can't fit into any given space.
