Great facility
This location has awesome customer service. The gentleman Maurice that took me is amazing. He’s very patient, respectful, and knows how to talk to his customers. He didn’t have me waiting long, he showed me everything i needed to know & was willing to help me . I would recommend this location to my family and friends anytime.
The entry experience wad pleasant. And the girls in the office are so nice. They always treat me and my husband by name and with a smile. The property manager Ms Brittini keeps an eye on everything and that's comforting.
The management team for iStorage New Castle Location was extremely helpful to get me into a unit same day. Great communication. Thanks Very Much!
