This was the closest storage unit place near me and I love the convenience of the location. Last minute I needed a unit and Frances was very friendly and happy to help me. She was very thorough walking me through and showing what my to-be unit looked like and helped me through the rest of the procedure. She was precise when she was explaining to me since I am the kind of person that asks a lot of questions. Frances gave the most utmost customer service and I love to have her help anybody.nnI am happy with my unit and the service that was provided by Frances. Thank you!!
I stopped by my storage unit a few weeks ago, hadn't been there in a while, and I was so pleased to find how well kept the building/units are... I wouldn't store my items anywhere else! Frances is also SO helpful, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I can't speak highly enough about my experience and can't recommend this location enough! Thank you!
Frances (manager) was so very helpful, patient, and friendly. She helped me obtain the storage I needed efficiently, with a very pleasant manner. She explained all the agreements and contract items well/clearly. And she was also very helpful in calling me about availability of space before I made the trip to visit the facility. Overall, thus far, this has been a very positive experience. Thank you Frances.
I believe I spoke to Beth earlier this morning when I called to get a price check on storage units & the different sizes that were available. She was very informative about the facility & telling me all the ends & out of prices, monthly payments & late fees. If I get the home that I'm looking at up North then I'll definitely be calling back all because of the information Beth informed me with. Thanks to Beth I learned more about your storage facility then others in your area.
Frances was so courteous and helpful getting us set up with a storage unit. She was very patient on the phone (with my 5-year-old making noise in the background) and took her time to answer all of my questions. The storage unit was clean, and the security (gate with code) makes me feel safe. I would recommend them to everyone!
