Nice storage facility! Friendly, helpful associates.
Gated area, pin required, clean, security, cameras. I have unfortunately had the privilege of using this place 4 times and if need be will continue to use it.
In the past year since this facility was sold they raised the rent 3 or 4 times and one of my units became infested with rats. The one star rating is too generous.
I had a rather pleasant experience renting from Storage Rentals of America.nThe property manager, Jocly, was personable and informative. She detailed everything in the contract and even joked about some of her personnel experiences on reasons why certain things that had to be included in your contract. Jocly did a great job letting me know that customer service is important to her and if I needed anything to let her know.
Over priced storage.
