The faculty is clean with friendly and helpful staff. They offer pull up outside units as well as climate controlled. The hours are daily with reasonable hours, but if you have business off hour needplaces for$5 they offer 24hr accessfor only$5 month. Very convenient.

Customer service was good. There needs to be a sign where the exit is for the gate pin pad. Its easy to drive past it and miss it. Also the pricing could be a little more reasonable.

Just started renting my 10 x 10 climate controlled unit this past Sunday and have made several trips to the storage unit. Reserved online made it so easy! Just went in and signed the papers got my directions and passcode card. Everything went smoothly and was very easy to open the gate and storage unit. Was nice that they had a cable hooked behind door so I could hold the door open while moving things in and out! Cart was right inside the door and was easy to use. Thank God I got a climate controlled unit, it was so hot the first day I came'ud83dude0a ! Would recommend the Dodson Lane units to anyone in need of storage for that area!

We just started renting a unit a couple months ago, and we r very pleased with our unit. The units are climate controlled, and i like the security they have. I always feel safe when i go without my boyfriend. Its also video monitored.
