I came here to get a shadow root, the girl that did it, did a horrible job. She toned my blonde hair to a good shade, but she tried to tone my roots & also cover brassy areas with toner.. once she was done I asked her to blow dry to see the result. YIKES. The two colors were not blended at all. Looked like someone drew a line between the blonde & my dark hair. This was yesterday (10/19). I came back today for her to try to fix it, I was scheduled at 6, I get a call as I’m on my way to the salon saying if I can get pushed back until 7. Irritated with this place already I agreed hoping results would be better. 2 hours later & pretty much looks the same. I appreciate the effort & the girl was very nice, but I literally wasted my money. I could have done a better job by myself at home honestly.
I got my son's hair cut here and it was so bad that I had to go home and try to fix it myself. Mind you, i have no hair cutting experience and it came out 100Xs better than how it was. Even his dad couldn't believe that I had paid for what the lady did to his head.
Did a great job. My hair felt more full and looked healthier too
Did not get what I asked. Went to simply get my ends clipped. A lot more length was cut than originally stated and styled in a way that my hair now has two different lengths. I will not be returning and looking for a professional that will understand a customers original request.
My mom did not get what she wanted and I believe we payed way to much for what she got!
