My experience was great. The atmosphere of the place is more than amazing. The whole time I was there whether I was waiting to get my hair cut (which was phenomenal) and even while I was getting my haircut I felt welcome. I will definitely go back and get my hair cut again. Outstanding customer service, outstanding prices, and outstanding skills. If you haven’t been here already, I’d say stop waiting and go!
I had a weave install by the owner Jerome. I was pleasantly surprised to also have my hair washed and blow dried. The place that I usually go to at home in Philly doesn’t do that unless requested. The shop was clean with a friendly atmosphere. Jerome was very accommodating when I called to inquire about scheduling and also when I shared my concerns about being tender headed. He let me have my hair braided up by a staffer who had gentle hands:) I like my sew in but I also like the other customers’ jumbo braids so I’ll definitely be back for those. I’m very happy to support black businesses such as this one! :)

Very attentive to your needs and scheduling. I was blown away by the rapid response and appointment given to me. I walked away with more than one service including eyebrows at a reasonable price. The staff is amazing...I will definitely be back
Perfect customer service. Did my hair in a timely fashion. I didn’t know what to get so I told J to do whatever he wanted. Completely shook about how my hair came out. Can’t wait to show my boyfriend Because I feel like a snack ud83eudd70ud83eudd70ud83eudd70. I’ll deff be back
