We have had nothing but problems with the apartment that we leased. Birds flying into the house, hearing them in the walls, water leaks and now hundreds of flies. We had to hang sticky strips, there are so many. Where is maintenance? Too many problems for the price we are paying for rent. Sorry, not New Castle Crossing. Its Evergreen Apartments at Christiana Reserve.
Should be zero stars. Not hot water. They take forever to fix it and lie to you repeatedly.
