I was disappointed. My father pays for the service plan for his heater. I called them when he had a water leak that had the water turned off in his house. He is 85 years old so no water is an issue. They said they could not schedule him until December.

I had an issue on a Sunday with the heating system not working. This was during the winter, they came within a few hours and had it up and running in no time. Sean was outstanding to work with .

They were super amazing! They were very thorough and very professional. Would highly recommend! They were great to my family and pets. Felt safe having them in my home.

In short, great service. The customer rep told me the tech would be out at my house between 12 and 4. The customer rep called me on the day of the appointment to say the tech was on his way. Kevin Betts came out to do maintenance on my heat pump and to resolve a humidifier problem. Kevin did an excellent job of explaining what he did, why he was doing it, and what I could do in the future. He did an excellent job! If you're going with Jos Frederick & Sons, I would recommend asking for Kevin to be your tech. Great communication, great work, very friendly!
