Small mistakes are made - we are all human - and while there is no direct intention to change anything, the ultimate responsible party is the consumer. Just be sure you are consuming EXACTLY what you are supposed to be using to treat any malady.

The staff are friendly and its pretty clean. Ever since they got new floors a few years back, though, its smelled strongly of chemicals.

The costumer services is no professional. The need more education and training.
