They Offered a free hoodie for my previous bad review...nI was upset that my father wanted what he ordered for my mother on Christmas. It finally showed up. Shes very happy with the hoodie. They had many bad reviews so I assumed it was not a real company. They are, and are willing to do what it takes to get better reviews. Just had to pay shipping. Hopefully new management will get it all straightened out.
