They were out of a lot of things but the customer service was excellent and I ended up finding what I needed regardless
Not the widest variety of products, but they do have the essentials to look for. Staff is very helpful and welcoming.
I have been to this location twice. Once my experience was ok and most recently I had a great experience. Go see Sierra, she will help you choose products and show you how to use them. Yes, she will suggest products (she's a salesperson after all), but she is not pushy. She is very friendly too.
I went to Sephora today looking for a couple of samples of foundation because mine just isn't working for me anymore. Ciara (sierra?) Was so helpful, knowledgeable and sweet! Unfortunately, due to covid-19, I couldn't get any samples, (understandable) but she did offer up some great recommendations.. I didn't have to wander around the whole store looking for an associate, she approached me almost immediately. Which I loved! She's awesome, and if you happen to go there and she's there, definitely ask for her if you need assistance. It made my shopping experience so much easier and better! This lady needs a raise! Thank you again Ciara!!!
