Fast, prompt, curious, professional, prices are fair, and everytime I go there they fix exactly what they are supposed to fix and nothing more. I really appreciate mechanics and business that are like that. You can trust them.

This location is run down and does not accept any coupons. When I booked my appointment online it told me the available coupon was $17.95 for a basic oil change. When I went in, there are signs that they do not honor this coupon at this location. Instead, their cheapest oil change is $30, which is well above nearby competition. It would have been nice if the meinkeke website, my confirmation email, or anything had notified me of this coupon not being valid at this location before we wasted our time driving two cars over here. I will never be back here as there are too many nicer looking and more honest shops in town.

I have a Honda Civic and a few weeks ago by exhaust pipe broke. ud83dude31ud83dude31. It was like 3 inches off the ground, I was upset but my car ud83dude97 still drove and it make a lot of noise. However I didn’t mind the noise because I just pretended I was a race car driver. ud83dude2d. Sadly, it rained one dark and stormy night and it fell on the ground completely. ud83dude12 I spoke to Nick over at Meineke and explained to him what happened. He said they would be glad to help me. He told me I can drop it off anytime and he told me they had a drop ud83dudce6 for my ud83dudd11. I got it towed there in the morning and Chuck called with the ud83dudcf0. Whoever did my car installed my catalytic converter backwards. ud83dude35. Not only that but my O2 sensor was messed up. Honestly I don’t remember what those are or what they do but I do know it was a lottta ud83dudcb0. I told Chuck I would get it done but another time and was there sometime else they could do in the meantime. He spoke with CJ (my tech) and they came up with another plan that was less money but told me I would need to take care of it in the next few month. I sighed a deep sigh of relief and they fixed my car. It didn’t make noise, so I could no longer pretend to be a race-car driver. Oh yes and Chuck gave me a printout that detailed the problem and what they did. Thanks guys ud83dude4f oh yes it was all done in one day. Had no problem been a yr since used their service... They did gd and fast service for me this time around!!

The team at this location was very friendly and knowledgeable! They got me in for an oil change right away and I paid exactly what I would expect for this service.
