I had hail damage done to my truck back in 2014. Sheridan Auto body was the shop that repaired all the damage. Fast forward 2020 same vehicle i recently had some issues come up where the work that was done by Sheridan was in question. I reached out to Sheridan Manager Duane Hill great guy by the way after reviewing his files he remembered me as a customer and took care of the problem . Great shop good staff thank you again Duane Hill for all the help

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER !nI started taking my car here in 2019 for about 3-6 months for oil changes and they never tops any of my oil off ,which caused me to have problem with my vehicle.nI waited over a hour several times for just and oil change they never gave me any feedback on my vehicle ...nthey also show favoritism with there customer and fellow workers ... worst customer service in history very rude & one guy will never speak to you or help you with services when coming into the dealer ... I would never recommend anyone to go here for any services . FALSE ADVERTISING THERE SERVICES FOR MONEY IS A BAD LOOK MAKES FORD LOOK BAD AS A WHOLE .
