Easy transaction every time
Bayshore Truck sales team is very professional and great team to work with. They try to understand their customer’s needs and suggest vehicles accordingly. They believe in excellent customer service instead of just sales and commissions. I have worked with many dealerships but Bayshore is hands on the best I have worked for. Jim Leone has been our point of contact and he is the best. I am going to be their customer for life.
The company I work for purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum model from Bayshore and it is awesome. Jeff Gemmill is our salesperson and he is the BEST! I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the purchase, thanks Jeff!!
I called Mr. Earl Franks ( salesman ) after spotting a 2013 Chevy Express Van on their website. Earl and I met and after the test drive/ inspection I knew that this vehicle was for me. Earl and his team made that happen and I drove it home the very same day. No pressure sale. I thank Earl and the sales manager ( don’t know name) for the professional and friendly service given to me. Thank you!!!
This location deserves ZERO starts. They are currently trying to hold vehicle as a result of their horrible Sales person knowledge. Doesn’t know if he’s selling a diesel or regular fuel truck. Lies about time frames of services and the n try to high jack your vehicle when service can’t be don’t during time frame given. I could go on and on and on with their lies. Disappointed is not enough to rate this dealership. Filing a complaint with BBB and getting lawyer involved.
