I want to first say Thank You to Mr. Nichols. I went every where else to get a vehicle. I got into a beautiful, reliable Ford edge with awesome payments at Cox auto. I didn't have much credit and no prior car agreements. Basically saying, Cox auto took a chance with me. I have reliable transportation for work. I am beyond appreciative for the help and A+ customer service received.
If you purchase a auto from this dealership make sure you check the length of the tags and warranty. Also, make sure that your balance is coming of the loan and no shady is being done this company is a scam artist.
This place is great. They have decent cars and the staff is amazing. They really work with you. Unlike other dealerships. I recommend if you are buying a car for the first time or no other place is accepting your credit. Come here. They also work with creditors, so making your payments help build your credit up fast with their low weekly or biweekly payments. Thank you Cox Auto Sales.
Curtis was extremely helpful with all of the paperwork and so time efficient. I truly felt like I was being helped and he had my best interest at heart. A lot of times car dealerships make you feel pressed to make the purchase or uncomfortable but I felt nothing but kindness and professionalism with Curtis.
