We had an excellent experience with Delaware Subaru this week, resulting in a car we are enthusiastic about for several reasons, including safety, economy, and style. We received excellent guidance and had an altogether pleasant experience -- not to be taken for granted with a car purchase.nnThe three sales people we worked with over a period of months operated as a seamless team. All three were personable, responsive, and customer focused.nnThe vehicles and the team are highly recommended.

They had a car that I liked, but they weren't really flexible with the pricing. I had two other offers for similar cars with a much higher discount than what they offered me, but they won't budge. I drove from Baltimore to Delaware to end up returning to Owings Mills, where I bought my car the same day. Then, they called me the next day to make a deal, which was too late. I wish they have been more flexible from the beginning like other Subaru dealers. The two stars are for Kevin Ellis, the salesperson; he was professional throughout the entire process.

I bought my crosstrek here. Very helpful and knowledgeable people. I got a good deal and left feeling confident that I understood my new car. They made it easy to do everything on my purchase. They know what they are doing and they make your experience first class.

Fast friendly service. Knowledgeable and helpful staff as well. Just bought a 2017 Crosstrek from this location and the whole process was fast, easy and an overall great experience :)

I’m not sure how their other services are but buying a vehicle from here was extremely disorganized. We made an appointment to test drive a specific car and when we showed up it was being serviced and we had to wait 45 minutes to begin the test drive. We purchased the car and scheduled to pick it up on Friday. Day of we called to confirm a pick up time and were told the retail store was closed for construction and had to go to the auto shop (would not have known this if we didn’t call). When we arrived our car didn’t have a temporary license plate which again we had to wait for. Although we called to say we were coming no one had checked prior to our arrival. Everyone was extremely nice but very disorganized company. Would not purchase from here again.
