I can't say nicer things about Audi Wilmington and their staff. I live in West Virginia and found this vehicle online, Cliff started corresponding with me about the vehicle and everything I needed to send him electronically to get the ball rolling; Cliff could not be a nicer guy as well! Very transparent with the deal, made it very comfortable for me to make a deal from such a distance away and was always available via text/phone. I only spent about an hour and 45 minutes at the dealership as they already had my credit app, personal info, trade in details, etc. Basically all I had to do was sign on the dotted lines and take delivery of the vehicle. The Q5 being used, the previous owner dropped a coin into the 12 volt power outlet and blew to fuse for the power supply. I pointed this issue out, Cliff and the service department had the issue fixed in about 10 minutes if that so I could get my 3 hour journey started. All in all, this has been the most positive experience with buying a car, thank you Audi Wilmington! My fiance and I could not be happier with our new Audi!!!!!

Cliff was great and my RS7 is the second car I bought from him at Audi Wilmington. He worked with me on a two car trade and thought process might be difficult ended up up easy as could be. Cliff was thorough and fair throughout the process and will be back to see him for my next Audi (R8)! Can’t say enough about Cliff and Sam working on this deal and also want to mention what a great job the detailer did making my 2014 car look brand new. Thanks again guys.

Overall super smooth transaction. They gave me a fair price on the car and my trade right away, no haggling necessary. Everyone was very friendly, personable, and professional. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a used car from Chris Meiggs at Audi Wilmington. The entire experience from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism and attention to detail was incredible. I explained to Chris that when I picked up the car I need to be out quickly to be at work Maryland by noon...he took my info via email and over the phone and when I arrived had me out in an hour. Having bought many cars over the years my experience with Audi Wilmington was second to none!
