I initially left a bad review based on emotion immediately after I lost a vehicle to another customer. However, after fully understanding the circumstances and meeting these folks in person I realized they're professionals who were put in awkward position. They certainly do have a vested interest in their customers. They've exceeded my expectations by offering me a very generous deal as an alternative and followed through with a smooth, professional and quick transaction to make me a happy customer. I was very impressed by their quick turnaround as I thought for sure that I wouldn't hear back. Mr. Boyer and Mr. Davis are true professionals who went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. Jen, the finance manager was very knowledgeable and not pushy like other dealers. I really enjoyed doing business with your team and I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends. I will be back for another Escalade in the near future. James is a great salesman and I highly recommend working with him. Thank you all!

They cared about what my needs are. The Drew the salesman did everything he could to get me where my questions where answered. And then the manager answered some of the harder ones based on they will have to order them. Unlike Carmen Ford where the manager didn't have enough time to walk 40 feet over and answer questions. Now they will get my business on 3 vehicles. Come and ask for Drew.

Ask for Mike Cassidy. He was great! Very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and took the time to review several options, so that I picked the vehicle that was best for me. He made the experience fun, low pressure and I left the store feeling good about my purchase as well as my trade-in. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and Mike by far, provided the best experience compared to other sales people I’ve come across. In regards to financing, they didn’t offer the best rate at first, so make sure that you do your homework and know what’s available before you buy but when pressed, they provided a lower rate. They will review many aftermarket options while in finance such as extended warranties, maintenance options etc., that will add on about another $200-$300 to your monthly payment, no thank you. When it came to delivery of the vehicle, the vehicle was clean and Mike went as far as to have them buff out a little smudge to make sure the vehicle wasn’t scratched before I left. I would definitely come back and buy another vehicle, as long as Mike was my salesperson. : )

If you haven't been here for service in a while you should check them out. Toni went way above and beyond helping us. We'll be back. This would have been 5 stars but it was our first back in a few years so if they do this well next time they'll get the 5th.
