My husband and I had the best car buying experience ever, at Diver Chevrolet in Wilmington! That’s saying something, as we have bought several cars over many years. Thomas, in Internet Sales, was extremely responsive, getting back to us immediately after our initial inquiry and following up just as quickly. Joe, in Sales at the dealership, greeted us warmly and promptly, efficiently readied the car for a test drive, discussed the sale, without any pressure tactics and made sure we were comfortable with all the terms. We’ve dealt with numerous sale people in our lives and Joe’s manner made us feel like we were dealing with a friend. Lou, in Finance, professionally assured we were guaranteed the best deal and Dave efficiently and pleasantly guided us through the paperwork to finalize the sale. We highly recommend car buying at Diver Chevrolet in Wilmington!

My service advisor Ric Boyle is straight forward and professional. He is easy to work with. The waiting area is clean and inviting. My vehicle needed a part that was not in stock and I was going to be without a vehicle. Ric in no time got me a loaner. I will be in the market again for a new vehicle in a year. I will get a Chevy because of the service I receive at Diver and Ric.

Mark was awesome! He helped me through the whole process start to finish. He was very attentive and easy to reach no matter the time of day. Had a wonderful experience. I brought my car in for a recall and recieved a notice from a different dealership. I called and asked if I could come to them because they were closer. As soon as you pull up the impeccable service begins. From the valley guys, especially Ron. To the service desk, Steve. I felt as if I was their #1 customer even though it was my first time there. Great experience!

Best car buying experience I ever had in my life. I came over from Sheridan Nissan. I can say that it was the absolute worst customer service ever had. As as I walked into Diver Chevrolet I sense that it was positivity in the air. I was so glad that I got Mark Thompson as a sells person. He took good care of me from beginning to the end. I think of him as my brother from another mother. Real good people. As for everyone else that work there, they are really good people also. They make me feel like family everytime I walk through the door. This won't be the first or last time I end up purchasing a new car these guys. 5-star rating from me for sure. When ever you guys decide to do a commercial I want me Mark Thompson to be the first in line. Thanks for everything. Keep up the good work! God Bless!
