BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I thought I would be taken as a joke being I’m only 19 but The sales representative Patrick was always positive and the up most friendly and respectful toward me and my mom when We first came in to just look at the Volvo S60 (my dream car). Because of Minor set backs ON MY END. I wasn’t able to purchase the vehicle. Upon me coming back a SECOND time. I thought I wouldn’t get taken seriously. I WAS WRONG. Patrick along with the finance manger Robert took care of me the moment I walked in the door with a smooth transition into me purchasing my brand new 2020 Volvo S60. I FELT AT HOME and well taken care of being that this was my first BIG purchase. Patrick made sure I was confident in my decision and not feeling scared about my first big step to being independent with such a big purchase. The service was so good my mom is considering switching to Volvo!! Even the other sales representatives were congratulating me on my success at such a young age and making sure me and my mother were okay and not left in the dark. It was the best and by far fastest dealership purchase me and my mom have ever took part in.

My wife and I recently purchased an S60 R Design from Union Park and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our sales representative, Vanesa Juarez, went above and beyond to ensure we received the exact vehicle we wanted. She was willing to work around our busy schedule and did not try to push us just to make a sale. She was there to help every step of the way. We would highly recommend this dealership, as well as the Volvo brand, to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle recently and we couldn't be happier! I emailed Paul Sargent, the sales manager multiple times asking questions before I came into the dealership and he answered every question I had. When my wife and myself came into the dealership, we worked with Paul and Jim Gadsby from the sales team. The customer service that Jim and Paul gave was extraordinary! We've been to multiple dealerships throughout the years and this by far was our best experience. Jim did an outstanding job going over all the details of the Volvo.nnWe love the Volvo we bought and will be coming back for our next one soon!nnNormally I don't post positive reviews, more of negative ones unfortunately. But I had to let everyone know about our experience.
