Everyone who works there is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. They do get rather busy but still make sure you’re taken care of. Erik O helped us out and I highly recommend him for any help on a car. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and great to work with!
Went to Koons Lexus this morning, finally, to get an airbag recall fixed. Every single person I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. George (of the Jungle) was terrific! Kudos to you all. Have a safe, happy holiday!
Bought a new NX hybrid from Dan Hayes and was extremely satisfied with the whole process. This dealership skipped the small talk, typical sales pitches and got to the point. They offered a fair trade and purchase price but also offered incentives and discounts in other places. They were very transparent and made the buying process as painless as possible. I also spoke with Leigh who was very personable and dealt with James in the finance department who was straightforward. Overall, I would highly recommend the dealership!
