Koons was able to get my mothers car in the same day we called when her Lexus had brake troubles while visiting from MA. They stayed 2 hours late desperately trying to fix the problem. George were very flexible with allowing us to take a loaner home and did his best to give us the best price possible. He even let me bring my dog into the dealerships waiting room while hey were trying to fix the problem.

Very very shady company

Selling cars that vibrate and shake like crazy. Impatience sales team. Test drove three cars and if you dont buy anything they dont want to deal with you. How can people buy cars from these people. Stay away!

Koons Lexus is a very nice well known dealership.. The cars are very clean and very nice but pricey
