McDonald's

Absolutely horrible service from management. The young employee I spoke to first was sweet and spoke when greeted with the proper greeting of the day but her manager that replaced her was just mean and sounded aggravated by my questions as if she expected my reaction to her answers would cause a fight. The young lady who gave me my food held it as if it were contagious and didn’t speak when I said good morning. I Literally only eat hash browns from there. And not all r like that but this one ruined it for me for good.

The employees there were respectful. Fast service. Altogether had a great time!!!

This has got to be the worst McDonald's in New Castle! Customer service was horrible they were having conversations with each other and not helping customers, then when I received my food it was cold and hard. I didn't notice until I got back to work 2 minutes away. I had chicken nuggets. I asked for sauce sweet and sour to be exact and asked for four of them they gave me two barbecue. The only ones working where the Mexican girls in the back cooking, great job for them but the girls up front three black girls and one Puerto Rican they not do their job. I only went in because drive-thru was packed and when I went in I understood why they don't do their job!

The McDonald's on W 4th St stop selling of after breakfast They also couldn't take my order cuz they where down, so I had to Drive 9 extra miles to the one in New Castle, New Castle was great!!! 4th St McD's is the worst.

The gentleman that was working on Thursday around midnight September 3rd should be applauded for his tremendous work performance taking on every single job in the restaurant trauma taking orders and making food transactions of money end he had a great attitude and was very calm and the food was excellent
