Starbucks

I stood in line for 10 minutes listening to the manager tell another customer how she calls her husband a different mans name. Very strange. And very sad to see what a joke her vows are to her. She then messed up my very simple drink too.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks but now every time I go in, I wonder why I keep coming back. There is a new manager, Jessica, I believe is her name, who has singlehandedly ruined this store. It is so sad. Every time I go in there is new baristas who don’t know what they’re doing. The only good employee who actually knows how to make drinks and speak to customers is Jill and even she told me she is leaving because she can’t handle it anymore. Somebody needs to have a serious talk with this Jessica or she needs to be fired. I will not be back.

This cafe is really good. It's nice and cozy. There is a very warm atmosphere, food is very tasty. Service is also very good. You haven't to wait for your order for a long time. So I really recommend you to visit it.
