Excellent service. Manager is friendly and CoVid19 compliant. Very clean. Enjoy my visits there. One of my best Starbucks experiences. Quick and friendly staff.
I'm so used to having Starbucks on every corner. I was at the Wilmington DMV on Hessler and really felt like I needed an Americano. I would've had to drive 10 minutes in either direction to get what I wanted. I chose this place. The drive is kind of annoying what with the one way streets and you HAVE to pay for parking, even if you're just running in for a drink. Mobile order was not available at this store but the barrista was friendly and my drink was well prepared.
Friendly staff and good coffee...love the place.
First odd things is no masks on and no ice in my iced coffee...nInside design is really nice but maybe just buy a canned drink
The service is good but it’s a crime they charge MUCH more here for a grande latte than other Starbucks. And they will not honor awards. Unfortunately I don't come very often now simply because of the pricing. Note - the wall pricing is not updated. If you are going to charge more, at least be honest and display correct pricing.
