Delightful and authentic surprise in Carlton. The escargot were legitimately delicious and the special sea bass was perfectly prepared. Great food at an unbelievable value. Go and enjoy.

The food was good & nice atmosphere. You need to include your deserts into your courses & then you'd get more stars. Overall though, good.

We had a great time at Cuvée. Service was amazing and great food. We were shocked how much food we had in our 3 course meal for so cheap. Would highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family after a day in the Willamette Wine Country.

We love this restaurant. My MIL who is from Franch was visiting and she liked it as much as we do
