Fun place the person running the show and the people were super friendly. This is my favorite gym in this area. Small and has everything you need.
It’s a great gym with everything you’d need for a great workout. Everyone from the staff to the other gym members are very friendly but also give you space if you want to workout in your own headspace. Kyle, the personal trainer and manager, is a great addition to the gym. His passion for training and his care for the well-being of the gym members really sets this gym apart. I’m looking forward to the group classes coming soon that he will be leading and I also highly recommend his personal training sessions.
We love H-Bomb. It's mostly like our own little private gym, since half the time we are the only ones there. The other half of the time, we're mixing our workouts with socializing with our neighbors, as just about all the members are from the Yamhill-Carlton area. Heather, Lindsay, and Kyle are all helpful, engaging, and encouraging. Great gym and glad we are members. Next for us are massages!
