During the devastating storm our community took a direct hit In which TEAM RUBICON responded to help our County.....As a Levy Court Commissioner I brought my John Deere Tractor to help them remove the tree trunks, limbs and brush that they were cleaning on peoples property. In doing so the rubble punctured a few tires.....so as I tried to get them fixed....explaining I was helping the TEAM RUBICON to help our People get there lives somewhat up righted.....after 3 attempts locally....Furr’s Tire Service stepped up to Help..By getting me up and running....I was able to relieve Team members...so that we could spread the resourses too help others...If it were not for Furr;s Tire service I would of had to wait 2days for my tires to get fixed, and at their appointment Schedules. Furr’s Tires differently helped their community and highly recommend Frank and Keith ..They really care about there community.

Needed tires on my wife's car quick and was recommended by a neighbor to try Furr's Tire Service. I stopped in late in the day, thinking it would be a couple days at least. The tires needed weren't on hand so I figured maybe a week. They got the order in around 5pm and I took the car in the next morning and it was ready after lunch! Phone call updates and great customer service as well as reasonable prices backed up with free balancing and mounting as well as follow up rotations! I'm new to the Dover area, but as long as Furr's is here, I won't look any further for my tire shop!

I was quoted nearly $600 for some repair work before I dropped my car off. The next day when I picked it up, to my surprise, I was charged around $300. When I asked why the difference, they told me they looked up some previous work and discovered it was covered under warranty. You have to love and trust taking your car to an honest business. Thanks Frank!

Extremely rude. Asked for help in tightening a windshield wiper nut because out wiper arm fell off during a rain storm and we could not see to drive down the road, and the guy we spoke with was so unbelievably rude, and told us to drive on down the road. Problem was, we couldn't see to drive anywhere else! Would have happily paid him for the 12 seconds it would have taken to tighten it, but fortunately we were able to rig it ourselves. Find some place else with better customer service.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Been coming here for years and never had an issue. Frank always goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is safe and reliable. Definitely recommend for all your repairs, not just tires.
