Very friendly, very good in diagnostics, great in finding good pricing in parts needed, and very knowledgeable in all facets of our cars. Have been taking our Honda Pilot and Ford Explorer to them for years and have recommended them for years to others. Very satisfied in service! Highly recommend Tony's services.
Took my car in to get the AC fixed. Left the shop with my AC still not fixed and a new problem involving my engine overheating. Went to check the coolant level and it was completely drained. I had filled it up a few months ago so it shouldn’t have been empty. My car had been there from 8am to 6pm and they didn’t even fix the issue. I called them at 4pm to see if my car was finished and they said they hadn’t even touched my car yet and was asking what was wrong with it. I would not recommend taking your car here, ESPECIALLY if your a female. I ended up taking my car to another place to get fixed because I did not want them messing with my car again.
I broke down near this shop. The owner informed me that they were really busy but said if I decided to give him the work he would work late till it was done. He also offered for me to come and sit in the AC till I decided what I wanted to do even if it was just to get my vehicle towed. All workers were very helpful to my me in my time of need. I would recommend Mac's to anyone. Very kind people and they also know their work very well.
My daughters and I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Great customer service everytime. The owner and his staff are honest and explain any issues you may have with your vehicle. I always recommend their services and send people their way
