Incredible experience with Burton’s. Our vehicle shut off on Route 1 and they sent a tow truck to our location and brought us a loaner for us to use. They repaired our vehicle in short order and the maintenance department could not have done a better job at keeping us informed about the status of our vehicle.nI’m 100% satisfied with the entire experience...nI would like to thank personally the General Manager, Vince. Antoine at Burton provided the quickest, easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was on a time crunch and told him where I need to be numbers wise. We made a deal quickly and I was in and out in under 2 hours.

Ive been going here for years with several different jeeps. The staff is always friendly and engaged with my concerns. They take the time to explore my issues and have done a great job every time something has needed to be fixed. It’s beyond rare to have a dealer that you can always count on, but this IGBURTON is one with out a doubt.

TLDR: The woman in the service dept. was incredibly rude and I ended up being charged $257.62 for topping off my coolant.nnI purposely contacted I.G. Burton to see about my warranty. After being ensured that my warranty was still valid I expressed the issue I was having with my air conditioner. They transferred me to the service dept. and I set up the appointment.nnNormally I'd have my husband look at it, but he's still recovering from a heart attack.nnDropping it off there were no issues and they said they'd call when it was done. After several hours I called to see the status and was told it was ready for pickup. When picking it up the woman behind the counter told me it'd be $257.62. I asked about my warranty and she rudely exclaimed that I never mentioned a warranty. That this wasn't covered by the warranty anyway. I asked to speak with a manager and she just kept repeating 'you never said to put this under warranty'. I told her that I told the person I called and assumed that the department's communicated. She finally got the manager who was a lot more helpful. He said they put a dye in the coolant and if I came back in one week they would replace whatever part the dye shows is leaking and then this could be filed under warranty as diagnostic.nnA week later they check it out and there was no leak, meaning it was just low on coolant! The woman behind the counter insisted that I pay the bill. I contested it as had they called me and told me prior to doing something that wasn't covered by warranty, I would have declined it until I had the funds to pay. My husband was with me and the woman continuously cut in rudely and mumbled negative things under her breath the entire time he was talking. Instead of trying to calm the situation she was escalating it. I became worried that my husband would have another heart attack due to the drama and stress so I just paid it to end the situation.nnI will never be dealing with this dealership again, nor will my family who has bought their last 3 vehicles from there.

I went in knowing what I wanted and they did a great job getting me where I wanted to be. They were easy going, not pushy, and respected my opinion and price range. Antione Kearney was very helpful through this entire experience!
