Rite Aid

If i could give this rite aid no stars i would . The pharmacist was very rude . When i asked her about my prescription she screams what is it for in the pharmacy in front of a crowd of people i told her i wasn’t comfortable saying it out loud then comes up to me and ask me what it for and again i told her I’m not comfortable telling her just look at the script . Then she has an attitude and tells me she can’t take my insurance card and tells me that i have to pay out of pocket for my medicine which I’ve never had to do . Then proceeded to roll her eyes and fill my script while mumbling under her breath. She truly made a five minute process into hour of craziness . I won’t be back and you shouldn’t either . Great place, always ready to serve. The staff is very kind. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They have helped my family for years. Keep up the good work.

This pharmacy is the worst!!! Have been filling prescriptions there for over 10 years and they make so many errors. My prescription is for 120 pills and two out of the last five months they have given me 60. When I go in to tell them, I'm treated like a criminal because they cant count. So disrespectful!!!

I started using them around December 2016. I had been refilling my daughters medication there for several months when suddenly they say I can't get it there. That we need to have it mailed to us. After several phone calls to insurance company and doctors office we got it straightened out but the pharmacy was little help. On a separate date the pharmacy dispensed a new medication that was for a child and they didn't give me any instruction or anything to administer it. It was in a liquid so I needed a syringe or dosing cup.

I visited this store dozens of times over more than a decade. It has always been horrible. The staff act as though you're an inconvenience. The only ones worse are the managers.nnEvery so often I walk in just because it's conveniently located, and regret it every time.
