Hit and miss. Been there when the place looked like a hurricane went through and on another day nearty organized and clean. They obviously cater to the younger crowd, but I do find something here and there. My only beef is they dont have much in size L.and lots of their items are hing up very high and impossible to reach unless you find one of those poles to take every single piece down to check for size. So you better be an S or an M and talk at that to find much.

Well it's a ok store. I was with a person doing a return with no receipt and cashier said just today we can not do returns with no receipt. The person explained it was a gift and they still refused no return not even a store credit. Lol this is unreal
Not the scene for me, but my 17 yo daughter loves this place. The clothes are decently priced, however, it's really tough to find something you like in your size. You have to look all over the store if you find something you like bc it may be on multiple racks. Not very well organized, but you can find some really good deals if you have time to shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful, but you can tell this is not the job they want. If you're younger and want the latest trends at a discount, plan to spend some time here, but you'll get your money's worth.
Really disappointed yall got rid of the plus size section! I guess I cant come here anymore. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted...
