I was very impressed with this Harley Davidson dealership owned by the Rommel group. They own several dealerships on the East Coast and this one is my favorite. Like many Harley Davidson facilities the building is very unique and they also have a riding range for the new rider academy. They have a great selection of motorcycles including quite a few custom cycles. Since I ride a Fat Bob it’s always nice to see that model on display and they even had a Dyna version. The staff in the clothing and merchandise area of the dealership were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the fact that everyone on staff was wearing a mask, as were the patrons. I picked up the usual collectors poker chip and also a pair of high-quality knee-high Harley Davidson branded riding socks that were the lowest cost of any dealership I have seen at only $15!

Had a great experience at Rommel in Smyrna. If you want a cool salesman that’s straight forward and super cool, I highly recommend Kean!! He was great from start to finish! I purchased a beautiful 2015 Road Glide and he went above and beyond to make sure that bike was going to be mine! He was so down to earth and understanding of what I was looking for and was able to get a great deal for me with the bike of my dreams!! Thank you so much Kean and I’ll be sending some folks your way soon!! Awesome guy!!

Lou, my salesperson, was a great person to work with. Not only professional, he was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. He and the staff at Rommel made it very easy to work with and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire experience. While this isn't my 1st (or last) Harley, I thoroughly enjoy dealing with Lou and Rommel and ask that special recognition go to him for his stellar communication and efforts.

Can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and patient Bryan was. I’ve done my own time in vehicle sales and I wish I’d have been half as good as he was. He knew the pros and cons of every model (new and used) and made sure that the bike I rode off in was the perfect one for me. If you’re in the market- or even if you’re just curious- that’s the guy to see. Maybe especially if you’re just curious.He never once talked down to me or made me feel like an idiot no matter how basic my questions were. Six stars if I could!!

A great experience all the way around. I wanted a motorcycle that was in their Annapolis dealership. They had it brought in to their Smyrna dealership. They were easy to deal with and I got the motorcycle that I wanted. Lou was easy and excellent to work with.
