Was in one 8/20 for one car and that was an oil change and data up date on my Prius 2015. 2 hour appointment. Then back on 8/25 with my other car for oil change and a recall on my second Prius 2015. That appointment was 2 hours too. So I got them both done. I so wish they had bottle water there. They have a soda and snack machine and a kcup machine the kcup is free.
Fixed exhaust in 12 y.o. Prius. Well done. Adjusted and inspected my brakes, nicely. No overcharges. Great staff!

I live taking my car to the dealer for services. The service people at the desk need to learn more about the warranties that their dealership is selling so that they give adequate information to their customers. The service technicians always do a great job on my oil change and tire rotation.
Went in for my 10mile complementary service. And it was nice and quick. Staff was nice courteous. Waiting room very inviting.
