I purchased my Grand Design 337Rls in February 2018 I am extremely happy with my experience. 80% of the purchase was done over the phone and by email. No games with this very professional team. You must call Delmarva RV before you purchase an RV. The maintenance shop up the road could use a coat of paint but if you can look past the appearance the employees in the shop are very helpful and knowledgeable. They went over every detail of my new RV when I took delivery. I highly recommend!

I stopped by this AM with wife and grandson to get my wifes's impression of a travel trailer that I had toured the day before. When we arrived, the travel trailer was locked. I went inside and requested that someone unlock it so I could get my wife's thoughts as to whether this trailer was going to be good for us. I was told that the trailer was sold, and their policy was to not let anyone tour the trailer after it is sold. That is definitely their choice, but we had no intention of trashing the RV, just a quick look around. Regardless, they probably lost a customer. We can't buy what we can't see! There are several within 100 miles, so we will have to travel to actually tour one. We have toured them on video, on the internet, but need to actually see the product before buying. I was hoping to deal here, they're local and while the prices may not be the best, they are very good.

Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Even with the Milford management involved ,it didn’t get anything resolved. And the warranty they sold me was worthless.

My wife and I decided to take a random Saturday and explore some RV sales sites. We located a new trailer that we wanted to see at Delmarva. Upon arrival we were greeted by salesman Les immediately. Les answered our newbie questions and kindly walked us around to see the trailer. Realizing that a trailer with no slide outs was a little too small, we decided to look at bigger units. We quickly found exactly what we were looking for and it was well below our price range. Les took us inside to meet with Tony to go over the financing. Tony was awesome to say the least. (If you purchase from Delmarva you’ll see why) Tony got us through the paperwork process quickly and painlessly.nnAfter a few short days we took delivery of our first camper. We were shown what all the options were, how to operate the unit , and all questions answered. The weekend after delivery I was going over the camper at our home learning everything I could. During this search I found that the floor on the slide out appeared to be swollen and soft on the bottom side. After checking thoroughly I found the floor to be in the beginning stages of rot. Being surprised that a 2016 had water damage already I contacted Tony right away. Tony had me bring the unit back in and had the floor repaired and also found/replaced the faulty window seal that caused the issue. Tony was extremely apologetic about the issues citing they should have been noticed.nnThere is still a small issue that needs to be addressed but I’m absolutely sure we will get it corrected. Delmarva is awesome! We will be back to get a bigger unit sooner than later ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

Wasn’t the best experience. Stopped here first to look for a travel trailer. Salesman was nice. I believe he’s only been there a few weeks. So he wasn’t very knowledgeable. But any question I asked that he didn’t know. He went off to find the answer. I was fine with that. Found a 2018 trailer that we really liked. Went in to negotiate with someone other than the salesman. I don’t remember his title but he was pleasant. There was no negotiating. The asking price was the price. They wouldn’t budge, even in an almost a two year old model. That’s not where I had the problem though. The problem I have is that I wasn’t asked to see something else or for help trying to find something in the range I was asking. They just let us walk out the door without our names or contact information. That just doesn’t make sense to me. We are in the market for a camper. If they would of put a little effort into it. We probably would of bought something. I wouldn’t say I’ll never go back. But I definitely will visit everywhere else before I go back.
