If I could do no stars I would. I've been with M&T since I was in middle school starting with my savings account. And into my adult years I have kept them for my banking. And it seems that I haven't had any problems until I really started making money, and they have continuously any chance they have taken money from me. I recently started working night shifts and I realized I spent a little too much in the store for Christmas presents and my dinner for the night. So after my 10 hour shift I made it a point to put the amount I needed for rent back into my bank account around 12-1230 *Rent wasn't taken out yet, it normally is taken out between 1-2 in the morning* they tried to tell me it was already being processed on the 20th but it didn't even get taken out until the 21st when I knew it would be coming out. She says ma'am if you would have got there at 1159 we wouldn't have charged you. Well guess what I'm making it my life duty to go to every Branch on the days I don't work and to tell everyone to cancel with your bank because your robbing people. Have a Merry Christmas, to the most terrible bank on the entire planet, I hope you have restless nights knowing your stealing money from hardworking Americans.
