My husband was in the purchasing some chicken and some other items and I was in my car waiting. As I was waiting I could see inside the deli. SO in the deli everyone was wearing a mask except 1 person and it was a African American female with glasses and long hair I think her hair was in a ponytail. But she was the only one not wearing a mask.she should not be working if she cannot follow rules.

This is an absolutely disgusting store. This store is FILTHY from the parking lot to the inside. I do not believe there is a surface that is clean. The ready made food area is filthy with dripping water in daily with food particles and pieces everywhere. There cannot be a manager in this store, if there is they need to be replaced. The floors, counters, food area, all is nasty with dirt, grime etc. They need to tear down this store and build fresh and start with new employees~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I went there to buy sandwiches last nite 8/19/20 at about 10:30pm or 11o clock pm i didnt get what i paid for the chicken salad was no good i just got done throwing the sandwiches to the Animals me my wife and my 6 yr old son all said it was no good its bad when a 6yr old child says its bad they never have tuna salad i called the Royal farms in cheswold to tell them the manager was very rude they need to give the lady a raise that works in smyrna now that use to work at the cheswold one she had the food looking good and tasting good and the manager needs to learn how to talk to people i never put a review in but i had to because the food and the service was very bad ill never eat there again unless they bring back the lady from smyrna Royal farms back ill buy gas or cigarettes but im shore i wont be the only one complaining about the same stuff i did

Went there and one of the cashiers were rude and impatient. They followed and watched me order and wait for my sandwiches, then followed me to my car and yelled at me to never come back. The service was very disrespectful.
