Its chic-fil-a, it's never really bad. Their drive through operations are relatively smooth, best advice is know what you want before you go. There are no menus visible with their increased drive through operations and it'll save you some time knowing what you want in advance

Drive through is incredibly efficient in taking orders. Staff walk orders to your car most times before you reach the drive through window. Caution, check your bag to ensure correct items. More often than not my condiments for my salad get forgotten or shorted. (eg. pepitas, tortilla strips, etc, the number of pacts of dressing I requested.) Big plus everyone is super friendly. They are quick to correct a situation if you come back through the drive through or call. Don't forget to scan your Chick-fil-A app for your reward points.
