6pm on a Monday and this place is out of chicken for the day this place is so poorly ran it should really be shut and replaced

While I can understand being completely out of multiple sides and drink options so late into the night. I'm not sure I understand the idea behind combining multiple orders into a single large box that you have to pick through to get your items. With everything tossed together like it's a singular meal, it makes it a little difficult to ensure everyone gets what they ordered. Nevermind adding in a 30+ minute wait between arriving at the drive through and receiving your food when there's only 2-3 cars ahead of you.

Food was ok but no menu lights at night. Cannot see what to order! Guess they dont give a damnud83dude44 Oh yeah, waited 1 hr 15 min for a 2 piece. Used a quarter tank of gas waiting. The breast on the 2 piece tasted like they didnt wash the chicken before frying it. Disgusting!ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21I do a lot of traveling , this is without a doubt the worst KFC in the United States!

The limited menu was off putting. I would have liked more variety. No inside seating due to covid so we had to sit in the sun outside. With a sleeping hot baby that was no fun.
