Terrible. I’ve used this Walgreens for 3 years because it is so close to my house and not once in the past three years have they gotten my prescription right on the first try. They have deleted scripts, told me it would be ready and took days, and one time they took so long my perscription expired and I had to pay for another visit to get a new script. Yesterday ‘Lizz’ the tech, told me my perscription could not be filled due to insurance issues. I said okay, let me contact my insurance and she said that wouldn’t help. I asked what I could do and she said nothing. Then I proceeded to ask for my prescription slip back so I could take it somewhere else to get it filled and she scratched it out, handed it back to me and told me I wouldn’t be able to get it filled anywhere else. I will not be going back to this Walgreens again.

Unbelievable. We are suppose to help one another right now. I have a newborn and called this location since I just moved to johnathans landing. This Walgreens is right down the street from me. Spoke with Liz in pharmacy and told her I just had a baby and I didn’t want to bring her in the store because of the C- Virus. Could she please grab a pack of 9v batteries for me and I was going to get my script as well. She said I had to go in for the batteries. Unbelievable. Needless to say my Milford Walgreens took care of me as always. Magnolia thanks for not being of service and not helping others during this horrible time in the country.

I love the staff my granddaughter was there yesterday to get the flu shot and took off out of the store quicker then I’ve ever seen a 10 year old run she wanted nothing to do with it so the assistant manager told her if she got it she would bring in her dog and this morning she had her dog and made my granddaughter smile and she went in and got her shot ud83dude01nThat was the best thing everud83dude01nThanks for being patient and understanding ud83dudc9c

Iam not sure what is going on at this store. My mom was referred to this pharmacy because of our location and because that is the pharmacy hospice uses. My mom passed away on April 18th and I totally do not understand why I have talked to 3 PERSONAL IN THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT and told them that on this date April 18th my mother passed away!!!! And as of this day that Iam doing this review someone called me from this same STORE telling me that my mom has a prescription that is late in getting filled and do I want it filled!!! MANAGE OF THE PHARMACY I HAVE BEEN THROUGH ALOT WITH THE DEAD OF MY MOM WHY????? IS UR STAFF STILL........ CALLING NOT ONLY BECAUSE I HAVE RETURNED CALLS 3 TIMES BUT IT HAS BEEN LONG ENOUGH THAT A RED FLAG SHOULD BE COMING UP TO SOMEONE. AND PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT IF U R GOING TO SYMPATHIZE WITH UR STAFF BECAUSE I GIVE PEOPLE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BUT COME ON 3 TIMES I RETURNED CALLS AND NOW A 4 ONE!!!
