I come here occassionally, I needed a brake light bulb and the guy who rang me up took the time to help me put it in! I am great appreciated! They are helpful when it's not too busy.
They have car parts and things related to car care. I just wish that they could be a little more helpful. I mean when there's a line for parts and one person actively trying to help and then you are just standing there watching, no kidding, 5 employees at the far end of the counter trying their best to act like they're just way to busy to even notice you as they all hudle around a computer screen whispering. Are you talking about me? Wait. What?
Whether buying a car battery, wipers, or battery for key fob, the help from every employee far exceeds expectations. They have always been willing to explain, install, and recheck everything I’ve ever needed. Thank you xoxo
I never in my life had an experience with a guy in a grey shirt whom i assume is some type of manager. I had to exchange a altenator. I felt bullied by this man just because i didnt know the size of the motor in my car. After dealing with this horrible man he told me that the altenator probably wasnt the problem because it took 2 months to exchange it.Mind you my carwas at IGBURTON for a month because i hit a deer.Ill never go there again. This happened 12 -1-20 around 5pm
