Dropped the bike off today for a service. Very professional and kind service staff.. very interesting process for sanitizing Keys when I check them in.. Was called right after i left to talk about bike and very courteous.

I was greeted by all staff members I encountered, Tony was especially helpful and offered exceptional advice and knowledge on purchasing a helmet and gloves. I picked up a Shoei helmet and some Icon gloves at an incredible price! Highly recommend this dealership.

Very poor customer service experience - absolute worst ratings possible. I even dealt with two different employees. Spending my money elsewhere. And to think I was ready to support local businesses here in Delaware and spend my money here. It’s these poor business attitudes that are pushing us away to online retailers.

They definitely worked with me to get a good deal with a used motorcycle but at the end after the motorcycle was delivered (which I paid for)they didn’t honor what they told me. They were supposed to delivered the bike nice, clean and with a full tank of gas but they didn’t. The bike was really dirty with just a half a tank of gas. I called them and they told me that they washed and cleaned the bike but I send them a video of the bike that it wasn’t. They apologize and told they would come and pick up the bike and clean it for me but I told them no because I lived two hours away. They offer to give me a free accessory for my bike if one day I’m in the area but obviously there is a 99% chance I will never be in the area because I don’t live close to them. My thoughts is, they should of made sure things were done right before delivering the bike and since the didn’t then offer to ship me the free accessory instead. But I understand that the deal is done so who cares. Anyways if you go there just make sure you make them accountable for everything they say they will do before signing the dotted line.

I've always had a good experience at DMS. Been going there since I was a kid. Bought an ATV, motorcycle and countless accessories over the years. I wish they kept more new inventory on the machines. Only real negative I can think of.
