Service Energy

This is a review related to an emergency repair as well as a scheduled maintenance. During one of those 90+ degree days I noticed our AC unit wasn't working. As would have it the 5:30PM hour on Friday was when I realized the unit was broke!! I immediately called Poore's and they got a mechanic out to us within an hour. Frank (the mechanic) asked me a couple of questions and immediately diagnosed the problem. Due to the parts supply location being closed he needed to get the part the first thing in the morning Saturday. He was there at opening and to our home right after. Part installed and back in working order!! This failure was unforeseen. A fan motor 13 years old. That brings me to the second part on this review. I have been having my two A/C units maintained by Poores for 13 years now. Our regular maintenance mechanic is Jim. He does an amazing job looking over every section of our A/C and Heating systems. Checking levels, cleaning (whatever needs cleaning) and making sure that everything is shipshape before leaving!! I can't praise Poores and their staff enough! From their Office folks to their mechanics, they're Top Notch!!! I recommend them highly!!!

Great company to deal with. I have never ran out of oil and their service department is always there when you need them. I highly recommend them.
