If I could give a zero I would. Just got off the phone with “liberto” he’s a real character. We paid our bill up to date late fees and all and this is his response “If it has a red lock on it, he owes me money, I’m not going to be wasting my time coming out there”. Husband with receipt in hand. He wouldn’t even give him the time of day. Thanks but no thanks. I will be looking for a pole barn today to get away from your roach infested units!
This is my 2nd time keeping things there. They are always friendly and helpful.
Great place to store extra stuff
Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner lies and the lady who answers the phone has no idea what she is talking about & makes it up as she goes.
It was a quick set up and easy to pay for. The customer service was friendly and on point.
